I worked with Neli for over a year on my unique property. She understood the value in it and never stopped promoting it and getting showings. We finally sold! This was my second time working with Neli. We had a very time sensitive and complicated closing on both homes on the same day. No one works harder than Neli. She executes with excellence and integrity every time. I greatly appreciate all of her assistance in getting me out of and into my new home in Rockport. Neli did a GREAT JOB helping us sell our beautiful custom home in Rockport Texas. Would highly recommend her services. This sell was a HEADACHE and this realtor helped me be calm many times. SHE cares a lot about her clients. I looked her up on AI asked top agents in Rockport Texas and she popped up. AI wasnt wrong Neli is a knowledgable realtor and can give give you both sides for every decision you are called on to make . Whether as buyer or seller, she has made it her business to stay informed about the possible effects of every decision. We liked that about working with her! Neli is the greatest!
It was my best home buying experience yet!
She was on top of things (and I mean on top of it!) from the get go.
She guided me through the home buying process and without her it would have been very difficult for me to navigate though it all.
I highly, highly recommend Neli to one and all!
Sincerely,
Thomas Hays

I used Neli again to sell the home that I was speaking about in my first post above. I gave her an aggressive schedule for getting the home sold and closed and she came through once again!!! I can't say enough good things about her and her service. She knows Real Estate backwards and forwards. I highly recommend her.
Sincerely,
Thomas Hays Personal and professional. Neli was our realtor for selling our family home in Rockport. She was able to negotiate a great offer for us and walk us through the whole process of selling and then buying our new home. She was attentive, always willing to answer a question and very helpful. When I need the help of a Realtor, I turn to Neli. Neli is the hardest working Realtor I've used.
